Miley Cyrus was at the ASDA Spondon Superstore in Derby, U.K., today for a CD/DVD Signing and "Miley and Max" clothing line launch. She wore a short black skirt with some sort of black wrap around her waist and a white blouse.

Miley Cyrus has been criticized by the head of an international alcohol awareness group after she was allegedly spotted boozing in Spain.

The 17-year-old singer/actress was reportedly photographed drinking beer while partying in Madrid - the legal age to drink in the country is 18, but teenagers as young as 16 are allowed to consume "certain" alcoholic beverages without issue.

Hannah Montana star Cyrus didn't break any laws, according to TMZ.com, but she has been slammed by the boss of the International Institute for Alcohol Awareness.

There have been a lot of shots of Miley going to and from the gym recently and clearly it is working. She seems to be getting hotter each time I see her. By the time she turns 18 her clothes are going to be completely off and she is going to be so hot it will be unbearable. I can’t wait, it will rock and I will feel a little less creepy.

Miley Cyrus left her gym in LA and was wearing a shirt. This shirt is basically threads that are being held together with a tiny amount of material. I have to give it to her. Not every girl is open enough to basically hit the gym shirtless.
I’m a little pissed about this. I hit the gym and there are nothing there but sweaty guys and women who are 20 years older me and 30 pounds too heavy to be wearing the spandex shorts they are wearing. I never get a hottie like Miley showing up basically shirtless.

When I saw the black outfit it reminded me of a time several years ago when I went to a massage parlor. I thought I was going to get a regular massage. When the masseuse walked in she was wearing a very similar outfit. I was sure that she was going to offer me a happy ending. When I pulled the towel off and let her see my junk she just smiled, reached down and smacked me in the balls. Let this be a lesson to you all. If a girl looks hot and dresses like Miley, no matter how much money you offer her and how nice you ask, she is will end up smacking you in the balls.
